I just completed my full sleeve and what a pleasant experience it was. The sleeve was completed over multiple sessions the past few months. I began the process with Binn but ended up switching artist after 1 session. Binn wanted to go another artistic route and focus on color pieces and that is okay he's talented and more the allowed to focus on color pieces. I was not upset because my sleeve was completed by Oleg Cooper another talented artist at Black Swan. He is an amazing artist and very attentive and very responsive. He will respond in a timely manner. I appreciate the hard work he did on completing my vision for my sleeve. I highly recommend Oleg Cooper for your next tattoo. The environment at Black Swan is welcoming and I do appreciate how clean the staff keeps the area.
